What You’ll Do
As a Benefits and Eligibility Specialist, you’llbe responsible for managing insurance benefits, verifying eligibility, and ensuring families receive the support they need to access ABA therapy services.
Your day-to-day may include:
Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility for ABA therapy
Assisting families in understanding their coverage options and requirements
Communicating with insurance providers to clarify benefits and resolve discrepanciesand claims denials.
Collaborating with billing and clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of services
Supporting audits and compliance efforts to uphold payer standards
What You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of benefits verification or eligibility experience(ABA/healthcare experience a plus!)
Familiarity with insurance policies, authorizations, and medical billing/accounts receivable
Central Reach experience (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
